Mercy API Dev Portal FAQ

The Mercy API Dev Portal is an interface that enables consumers and developers to learn about the APIs supported by Mercy Technical Services development teams. Here you can find out how to get access to use the APIs and potentially test out the APIs in a sandbox environment.

Mercy MTS, HTM or EDAO coworkers:

  • Sign into the Mercy Developer Portal using your Mercy single sign-on credentials.
  • Browse the available APIs and submit a request to devportal@mercy.net. Be sure to include a list of the APIs you wish to test. A team member will reach out to you with the subscription information you need for testing.
  • Submit a request for portal access by sending an email to devportal@mercy.net. A team member will contact you with portal login credentials and more information.
  • Once you receive your login credentials, sign in and browse the API documentation.
  • Submit a subscription request to devportal@mercy.net. Be sure to include a list of the APIs you wish to test. We will reach out to you with the subscription information you need for testing.

To request an API subscription, submit an email to the address listed on the Contact Us page. A team member will contact you with secure credentials and further instructions.

API usage requires subscription keys and uses OAuth 2.0 protocols for secure usage.

Authenticated users with an appropriate level of authorization will be granted access to the sandbox environment for testing.

Yes, you will receive a subscription key to a test environment that can be used to test your application with the API.

There are no rate limits at this time. Please notify a team member if you believe you will be making a large volume of requests to an API to ensure good system performance.
