Developer Portal Access Agreement

By accessing the Mercy Developer Portal, you (“User”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Authorized Use. Access to the Developer Portal is granted solely for the purpose of evaluating potential collaboration or integration opportunities with Mercy. You may not use the Developer Portal for any other purpose without Mercy’s prior written consent.
  2. Confidentiality. All content within the Developer Portal, including but not limited to API documentation, technical specifications, and integration guidance, is considered confidential and proprietary to Mercy. You agree to:
    • Treat all information as confidential, even if not explicitly marked.
    • Use the information only within your organization and only for the permitted purpose.
    • Not disclose, share, or distribute any content to third parties without Mercy’s prior written authorization.
  3. No License or Commercial Rights. Access to the Developer Portal does not grant any license or right to use Mercy’s APIs, digital services, or technical assets in a commercial or production environment. Any such use requires a separate, written agreement with Mercy.
  4. Security Obligations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:
    • Use secure practices to protect access credentials.
    • Notify Mercy immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
  5. Compliance and Restrictions. You agree not to:
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise misuse any content.
    • Use the Developer Portal in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
    • Attempt to re-identify any unidentified data, if present.
  6. Disclaimer. All content within the Developer Portal is provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mercy makes no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information for any particular purpose.
  7. Termination. Mercy reserves the right to revoke or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause or notice.
  8. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
  9. Acknowledgement. By accessing the Developer Portal, you confirm that:
    • You are located in the United States.
    • You have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
